Refund & Returns Policy

We want every order to be perfect. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right—fast.

Received a Faulty Item?

Our goal is premium quality for every customer. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, tell us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

  • Email Sales@legaze.com within 14 days of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the item and the packaging (damage visible).
  • Add your order number in the message.

When these steps are followed, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You do not need to return the damaged item or pay shipping.

Order Not Delivered?

If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 business days from shipping, contact us so we can investigate.

  • We will verify non-delivery.
  • If confirmed, you can choose a free replacement or a refund.

Eligibility: ≥ 30 business days since shipping, correct shipping address was provided, and the parcel wasn’t returned to sender due to non-pickup (not refundable).

Damage After Use

We don’t cover damage caused by misuse or improper handling after the item has been received.

Changed Your Mind?

Cancel: You may cancel within 12 hours of placing your order if it hasn’t shipped yet.

Returns / Replacements (30 Days): You may request a return or replacement within 30 days of delivery if:

  • You notify us in writing via our contact form.
  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.
How to process a return
  1. Reach out via our contact form at #contact or email Sales@legaze.com with your order number.
  2. We’ll reply within 72 hours with the return address.
  3. Send the item and share the tracking number.
  4. Once received, we’ll issue your refund within 14 days.

If your order included paid shipping, that amount will also be refunded.

If the item arrived damaged/defective, please follow the “Received a Faulty Item?” steps instead.
