Received a Faulty Item?
Our goal is to provide high-quality products to every customer. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know so we can resolve the issue quickly.
To qualify for a refund or replacement:
- Contact us at Support@legaze.com within 14 days of receiving your package
- Include clear photos of both the item and the packaging, making sure the damage is visible
- Provide your order number along with the images
If the above steps are followed, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund. You won’t need to return the damaged item or cover any shipping expenses.
Order Not Delivered?
If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 business days of shipping, reach out to us right away so we can investigate the issue.
If we confirm the order hasn’t been delivered, you’re eligible for a free replacement or a refund, provided that:
- At least 30 business days have passed since the shipping date
- The shipping address you provided was correct
- The item wasn’t returned to sender because it wasn’t picked up—refunds do not apply in this case
Damage After Use
We do not cover damage caused by misuse or improper handling of the product.
Changed Your Mind?
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it—only if it hasn’t already shipped.
You also have the right to request a return or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Notify us in writing via our contact form
- Make sure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received
- The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer
To process a return:
- Reach out to us via our contact form and include your order number
- We’ll respond within 72 hours with a return address
- Once we receive your return and a tracking number, we’ll issue a refund within 14 days
-If your order included paid shipping, that amount will also be refunded
