Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We do not process or ship on weekends or public holidays.

Each order includes a tracking number so you can follow your shipment in real time.

Shipping Time

We offer complimentary standard shipping with an estimated delivery of 7–14 business days.

Important Notice

Occasional delays may occur due to courier disruptions, customs, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen events.

If your delivery is delayed, our support team will assist and keep you informed at every step.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing sales@legaze.com.

After 24 hours, the order may be in processing or shipped and changes may not be possible.

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. LEGAZE is not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.

Track Your Order

You can track your order anytime on our "Track Order" page. When your order ships, you'll also receive an email with your tracking number.

If you don't receive it, please contact us at sales@legaze.com and we’ll provide it promptly.

Marked Delivered, Not Received?

If tracking shows "delivered" but you don't have the parcel:

  • Check with neighbors or household members.
  • Confirm your shipping address in the confirmation email.
  • Contact the carrier for delivery confirmation/proof of delivery.
  • Share those details with us so we can assist further.
